TRANSITION 101 Workshop
"Learn Tips and Strategies on How to
Be Your Own Success Story."
Take an hour a week to work on you! Bring a friend and make it a girls' night out!
(Divorce-Career-Empty Nest-Any Major Life Change)
A six-week workshop that will include:
• Goal setting techniques.
• Strategies on devising an action plan on how to keep your personal life moving forward during times of transition.
• Identifying triggers and obstacles that may hinder positive results.
• Success stories from people that have prospered during times of change.
Mondays: 6 – 7 p.m.
or
Wednesdays: 12 – 1 p.m.
Registration Fee: $35/per class for one hour - weekly sessions.
